Description: This is a fully washed lot produced by Zobeida Alarcon on her farm, La Palestina. We chose this lot for espresso roasting due to it's heavy sweetness and great depth. Look forward to layered confectionary and fruit notes in the cup with a round, syrupy mouthfeel.
