Main Street Espresso

We chose this lot from La Esperanza to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our Main St location. And what better way to celebrate than a fruit bomb espresso?! This is for all the Main St regular - Saludos!
In this espresso enjoy a wonderfully balanced and rounded structure with a buttery, soft mouthfeel. This is accentuated by ripe, hyper-sweet fruit and cane sugar notes, working great in milk drinks or enjoyed as a straight shot.
Café Pacas has been working Finca La Esperanza since November 2010. This is a big, beautiful farm that produces exceptional quality coffee. Finca La Esperanza is in Cantón El Porvenir, Municipio de Chalchuapa, Santa Ana. The farm begins at 1,000 masl and goes all the way up to 1,750 masl. It’s managed by Neftali Solis. Since 2012, this farm has been in the process of being totally renovated. The original trees were very old, making their root system inefficient and weak, so the decision was made to renovate them completely. For this renovation project, they decided to re-design the farm and organize it as a big varietal garden. The farm is divided into 18 different lots. They have decided to plant different varietals of coffee in each of them. As of now, they’ve re-planted 70% of the total farm area using the following varietals: Pacas, Red Bourbon, Pacamara, Orange Bourbon, Kenya, Bernardina, Heirloom and Mokka. La Esperanza also boasts a wonderful biodiversity, with Inga, Eucalyptus and Conifer trees all used as shading plants throughout the farm. There is also no hunting permitted on the land as well as a wild Cypress forest at the top of the property.
