As a Baker, your main duties are to produce high quality, exceptional doughnuts and baked goods in a high-capacity kitchen environment, and ensure all of our products are available for as much of the day as possible.   

The Roaster Assistant is a member of the roasting team responsible for helping the Roasters and Master Roaster with roasting coffee to the highest specialty standards. The position includes learning 49th Parallel Roasters’ quality requirements and helping to maintain them.

In this position, you will act as a Team Lead for the Kitchen staff, and your main duties are to produce high quality exceptional doughnuts and baked goods in a high-capacity kitchen environment to ensure all of our products are available for as much of the day as possible.
